We want you to love your Mane tools and accessories, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

Securely pack your items in the original Mane box or a similar sturdy mailer, ensuring all components are included, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
